Heat and cold
Reduces heat transfer through treated elements and helps lower heating and cooling demand.
Thermal insulation and surface protection for farms and agricultural storage buildings. We help reduce heat, energy loss and condensation risk with a system adapted to how each facility is used.

Closed-cell polyurethane foam is sprayed onto compatible surfaces to form a continuous insulation layer. It can follow ceilings, walls and irregular shapes. We select the formulation and thickness for the substrate, indoor conditions and required finish.
Explore polyurethane foamIn broiler, laying-hen and breeder houses, insulation helps maintain more stable thermal conditions. The specification must also consider moisture, ventilation, cleaning and contact between animals and surfaces.
Where pecking or wear is a concern, we assess a compatible protective layer, including purpose-designed high-density polyurethane systems. Resistance to pecking, washing or disinfectants must be established for the selected system; closed-cell insulation alone is not evidence of these properties.

Reducing cold surfaces can limit condensation. Adequate ventilation and moisture control remain necessary; eliminating all dripping cannot be guaranteed.
An appropriate protective finish can make cleaning easier. Permitted water pressure, temperature and cleaning chemicals depend on its technical specification.
We assess exposure to water, ammonia and other agents. Chemical protection and waterproofing require suitable, compatible systems.

Insulation and protective finishes selected for the building’s use, cleaning and environmental conditions.
Roof and wall insulation that accounts for moisture generated by livestock and the building’s ventilation.
Insulation for agricultural produce storage where limiting temperature fluctuations and controlling moisture matter.
Insulation for enclosed growing spaces, coordinated with ventilation and climate-control equipment.
There is no universal foam density for every farm. The insulating foam and protective layer may be different products with different properties and thicknesses. We assess roof condition, use, access, cleaning requirements and fire protection needs.
Foam alone is not a complete waterproofing system or a pest barrier. Animals must be absent from the work area, and curing, ventilation and re-entry requirements must follow the chosen system’s instructions. Fibre-cement roofs must first be assessed for possible asbestos.
Tell us the type of farm, location, approximate area and whether heat, cold, condensation or surface damage is the main concern. We prepare proposals for work in Spain and abroad.
