Insulation and waterproofing for homes and residential buildings

Greater comfort in winter and summer, less energy loss and protection against leaks. We assess your home or shared building to select insulation and waterproofing for each area.

Insulation work on the roofs of homes

Saving energy on heating and cooling

Thermal insulation limits heat transfer through roofs and façades: it helps retain indoor heat in winter and reduces heat entering from outside in summer. This lowers heating and cooling demand associated with the treated elements and supports more stable indoor temperatures.

Savings depend on existing insulation, climate, orientation, windows, equipment and household habits. We assess the building as a whole rather than promising a fixed percentage. Insulation works alongside suitable ventilation and solar shading where needed.

Leaks and damp: identifying the cause

Rainwater ingress and roof leaks

We locate entry points on roofs, terraces and junctions. After repairing the substrate, we specify a compatible polyurethane or polyurea membrane, paying attention to drains, upstands, joints and penetrations.

Condensation and cold walls

Damp patches can develop when moist air meets cold surfaces. We assess insulation, thermal bridges and ventilation; external waterproofing alone does not resolve this cause.

Moisture rising from the ground

Rising damp needs a specific diagnosis and treatment of the wall and its contact with the ground. A surface coating or roof membrane does not replace that work.

Plumbing leaks

Where water comes from a pipe or drain, the fault must be repaired first. Drying and restoration of affected finishes can then be assessed.

A solution for each part of the building

Foam insulation beneath a roof

Roofs and spaces beneath them

Spray polyurethane foam can reduce heat loss under roofs and on accessible surfaces. Formulation, thickness and protection are selected for the substrate and exposure.

Terraces, flat roofs and balconies

Continuous membranes protect against water ingress. The finish is chosen for traffic and sunlight, while falls and drainage are checked as part of the complete system.

Wall cavities

Injected foam can improve existing cavity insulation where condition, continuity and dimensions allow appropriate application. Suitability is checked before work starts.

External wall insulation

ETICS improves thermal continuity and renews the façade without reducing indoor space. Window, balcony and other junctions form part of the assessment.

Individual homes and shared buildings

We work on houses, apartments and shared residential buildings. For communal areas, scope and access are coordinated with the owners or property manager. A coordinated roof or façade intervention can benefit several homes at once.

Tell us what needs improving

Tell us the location, property type, approximate area and when the problem occurs. For shared buildings, identify the affected communal areas. We organise work in Spain and abroad.
